Roman Flugle & Gee Dee: ‘Impromptu Adventure’
We follow up our highly acclaimed debut release with Impromptu Adventure, a three-track collaborative EP between label founder Gee Dee and one of the leading names in German electronic music, Roman Flügel.
The three-track EP, recorded in Brooklyn over the course of three days, perfectly captures the duo’s unique, evolving, and boundary-pushing style. “Trip Or Trap” opens with a punchy, psychedelic groove that immediately pulls listeners into the journey. “Cosmetics” lifts the energy even higher with playful piano flourishes and an acidic bass line that’s a surefire crowd-pleaser. Finally, the title track, “Impromptu Adventure”, brings the project to a close with a high-energy, acid-driven rip that leaves a lasting impression on DJs and dancers alike.

Brooklyn-based producer GEE DEE launches his new label, FREE UNIVERSE, with IT’S A FEELING — a four-track EP following acclaimed releases on Klasse Wrecks, Planet Trip, and Superior Elevation.
The title track delivers a punchy, genre-blurring groove, while “ENERGY LOOP” keeps things playful and dancefloor-ready. On the flip, NYC mainstay KIM ANN FOXMAN turns in a psychedelic, high-octane remix of the title track, and “TWO VOICES” closes the set with a trippy, ‘90s-inspired vibe.
